Dear Sir,
In July last, before the outbreak of war, we gave to Messrs. Arnhold, Karberg and Company, an order for a quantity of matting to be shipped from China during the months of November/March.
The firm is undoubtedly German and we are
informed that the partners are :
(1) Mr Harry Arnhold a British subject born
in this country and the son of a natural- ised British subject, now residing in China. (Mr Harry Arnhold resides in
China, the father is dead.)

Mr Charles Arnhold, a brother of the above, also a British subject born is England, and at present living here. Mr Goetz a German subject residing in
England.

Mr Niclassen a Cerman subject residing
in Germany, whose partnership has been
suspended since the outbreak of
hostilities.
